Our terms and conditions of purchase are subject to change, so please read them before placing your order. By confirming your purchase, you also agree on the terms of purchase. The purchase has been confirmed when you have received your confirmation email and you must ensure that all the information you provide, such as name, email and postal address, is correct. Please note that persons under the legal age 18 years, need parental consent.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We use Shopify Payments as it is a secure payment method. Shopify Payments is a payment service that forwards your payment to the merchant. We accept payments by credit or debit card as well as payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay. Products and their delivery costs are paid at the checkout of our online store in connection with the order. 

PRICES

The prices displayed at ambassadorofhearts.com include the statutory Value Added Tax. The delivery charges are are added to the order. All prices and product information on this online shop ambassadorofhearts.com are subject to change.

RETURN & REFUND

You are welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways. Once we have received your return and inspected it, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Please notice that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for postal delivery costs.

FAULTY ITEMS

Everything we send out is quality controlled, however if you have received a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will happily replace it or refund the costs as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase.
